I’ve been competing in triathlon for over 6 years and started using crossfit 3 years ago as a means to improve my speed and endurance. I was a little sceptical to start with but stuck with it. I can safely say that my times have gone through the roof. Since starting crossfit I’m faster and stronger in all disciplines even managing to finish my 1st ironman in under 12 hours.
Most of all it’s a great place to train and make some new friends
So don’t think about do it.
