We are currently running two types of Free Trial sessions. “Class Environment” is where you will jump into one of our normal classes on select days and times, ideal if you have been doing some training, have a basic understanding of movement and want to get a feel for what CrossFit is, and how our sessions run.
We will also be offering as an alternative a “Teaching Environment” session if you have been out of fitness for a while, and prefer a slower approach to getting started. These sessions will last approximately 1 hour and you will have one of our friendly coaches talk you through, and show you some of the basic CrossFit movements, before completing a short WOD (Work Out of the Day). Please note on the booking page (link below) the different options available to book.
All you will need is your training gear, a bottle of water and a sense of humour and you will be ready to rock! You will have time throughout to ask any questions or queries you may have.
