Welcome to The Hampshire Hustle, a local CrossFit Throwdown aimed at people who want to take part in their first outdoor competition. The event will consist of 3 WODs and a final. Teams comprises of 4 athletes, 2 male & 2 female. We suggest you have been CrossFitting for no more than 24 months, this is an entry level competition…..No Hustlers!
Spaces are limited to 30 teams, so assemble your team mates and we look forward to welcoming you soon!
