Our teen programme is a coach-led group training experience built to support physical and personal growth. Teens follow a structured routine that includes strength training, conditioning, and movement skills tailored to their age and experience.
They’ll build a strong foundation, learn proper technique, and develop habits that support long-term health and performance. Whether they’re new to fitness or already active in sports, teens get the guidance, support, and challenge they need to grow.
