You’ll follow a clear, progressive structure designed to build strength first, and support it with intelligent conditioning using the principles of CrossFit but keeping things low skill, challenging and fun.

☑️ 3 strength-focused sessions per week, built around compound lifts (squat, hinge, push, pull)
☑️ Accessory work, to build muscle, improve movement, and support long-term health
☑️ Optional conditioning and finishers  to build fitness, capacity, and muscular endurance
