6 week coach guided course, designed to reset your metabolism, educate you on calorie allowance as well as teaching you about macros, goal setting and food choices. You will have 6 weeks of 1:1 coaching, and guidance using MyFitness Pal as an aid to track your food input.
Seminar 1 – Calories, BMR, Maintenance, How To Track. (Free Session)
Phase 1
0-2 weeks – Tracking at maintenance level of specified calorie allowance with a coach. Helps to reset metabolism, stabilise a base and familiarise yourself with tracking food.
Seminar 2 – Macros and Goal Setting
Phase 2
2-6 weeks – Tracking at adjusted calorie allowance depending on your goals – focusing on your macros, with a coach.
Seminar 3 – Quality of food choices, How are you cooking your food, Supplements and the final tweaks.
